We liked this hotel a lot. The food was very good, there was always something for everyone and it was always very tasty. The staff was friendly and rather fast at clearing the tables. If you are traveling with children I can only recommend this hotel, very child friendly. Read more

We booked this hotel, because we have been there twice and since it was always good. Now, however, a disaster. The rooms and bathroom were cleaned ever. The bedding had the full Bähh and 14 days the beds were not cleaned even once. If you tip the staff is also cleaned the room, I would also tip for good service and only not to get some. We stayed as a family in the September, unfortunately, it was already too cold in the pool and in the sea. Transportation to and from the hotel was quite okay, except for minor flaws (broken chair on the balcony, cable to table lamp was loose), but they were resolved fairly quickly. You should always price/performance ratio and country in and not compare pears with apple. You can not compare it to a four star in countries with Central Europe. Transportation to and from the hotel is okay. and the only complain should stay at home or for a week 1000 Euro more into the hand and take a perfect hotel book exclusively. (As all give) Read more

the snack bar is well handy in the hotel its at the far end of the restaurant believe me you will be glad of it it does pizza,hot dogs,toasties but even that gets boring.

i cant fault the entertainment staff they worked hard & got ppl up doing the activities which i might add is the same every day,ivor is probably the best one hes a 5ft gay bulgarian who has everyone in stitiches hes fab.

we eat out a few times at neptunes which is on the beach it is affordable & tastes luvly the chef is chinese & cooks chinese food is was to die for,dont eat at the 1st restaurant over the beach.
