Very beautiful hotel, massive outdoor area with numerous pools, much attention to detail. The daily cleaning of the rooms and general cleanliness was very satisfactory, but the housekeeping even personally and on every wish and furnishing. With the all inclusive offer you are well taken care of. Large lovely area, beautiful garden... A lot of houses with private pool from the balcony from... Very spacious and nicely laid out... It was but also everything... Buildings old, color looks like Hollow... Renovation more than overdue... Full board can one save... Had to constant on the street go to McDonalds or KFC, because you could not see more... dogs old facilities... You get mosquito spray where the box constant is empty, old furniture... We have liked it very much in Laguna Vista beach. The entire staff was very courteous and friendly. And, without tips! The location is great, lots of shopping in the immediate vicinity (Metro supermarket, Burger King, and so on. only a few minutes away from the hotel. If you have a Smartphone need Internet access, you should buy in the Vodafone shop opposite the hotel an Egyptian SIM for a few euros. Works just fine and is very cheap. Definitely bring bug spray, there are many mosquitoes. Read more

We had a wonderful week at the Laguna Vista beach. The check-in process was a breeze. The rooms were very large. The staff was always courteous and very nice, every employee has presented us personally (about a small tip the will, of course, why not, the boys did a great job for us to give us a beautiful holiday). The beach is depending on the room location pretty easy to reach. We had a bungalow and were great. To the beach it was only three minutes. For lunch we were in the restaurant on the beach, it was OK. You always found something. We became acquainted with very nice waiters, they are very fond of children. But it was a shame, that we were the only German tourist were there, what we do not understand, because the area is very nice. The food should you file. Read more
