It was a vacation, to get around the island. The choice of hotels was an inner inspiration, throughout the line was not disappointed. Not only, that the hotel is very beautifully convenient, the 'around' fit the picture. The staff were always friendly and helpful, food (half board) the wide, varied and tastefully. The rooms with the basics equipped, very clean and friendly. The mattresses (problem with the back) were excellent! We were very happy and we will definitely book again the las costas in Puerto del Carmen. Especially the service I would like to highlight. You always felt as guest serious taken and understood. Problems were immediately addressed and fixed. The hotel lies right on the beach with private access. If you cannot relax here, couldn't be helped. Read more

Very well organized hotel with a very friendly staff. Even in the dining room was a great organization, soschnell and friendly we didn't get served often. The food was also very good. We were cycling on the island, before dinner in the sauna, in the pool and hot tub, for us it was ideal. The only thing that disturbed us, was the wind, but because the hotel is nothing for!
