Hotel Laurin

From the hotel in top -location we had expected more, even if it only three stars has. We were more than disappointed! Already during the check in was the whole tense atmosphere the in this hotel prevails recognizable, no friendly welcome from the junior Manager, a stupid ons from the senior boss, a boss -waiter bank, some saving grace was a nice employee, the us with the transport of our luggage to the room was. Great location, very nice atmosphere and great spa facilities. The hotel with its top -location and size certainly potential-if not the staff ( except for the lady at reception and the younger austrian waiter) would... Senior Manager, Senior director and head waiter are truly not more of this world - and the junior boss would a course in communication (good day, goodbye, how did you like it, etc.) to face stand. The traditionally family-run hotel matched in all respects our expectations. The staff were always already all our wishes and needs fast and uncomplicated to fulfill.
