We booked this hotel solely due to the holidaycheck evaluations and it was a winner: perfect location on the Montmartre, great starting point for evening walks up to Sacre cöur, metro for sight seeing trips directly in front of the door, a supermarket (this is not the erotic supermarket meant ☺ with fair prices in the neighboring building. The rooms are small but nice, it was enough though, you are only there to sleep anyway. Absolutely positive surprise was the breakfast, it left nothing to be desired. Hotel adjoining at the bistro le chat noir. Small front desk, then you take the elevator on the different floors. Nice presentation, but everything was pretty narrow. Deluxe rooms spacious, seemed a bit empty, good bed, absolutely no possibilities to counter except the closet. Hotel is in a great location-right at the Moulin rouge, the metro station, great Creperies and with a short walk you from the sacre coeur and montmartre district in a great!

Great, newly renovated design hotel in the immediate vicinity of the Moulin Rouge. The rooms are new and the bathrooms art. At the first We had a smaller room on the street side, but still very to lack-paint smell. We have a new uncomplicated immediately even larger room to a quieter side street. 1) No WiFi connection in the room, although free WiFi was claimed in the room description; 2) poor air-conditioning - looks like it just doesnt work properly; 3) design of the rooms is ridiculous and cheap- looking; 4) no proper table in DeLux room - for eur250 per night I expect better furnished room; 5) although the hotel claims they do not take deposit, they have blocked eur250 on my card immediately upon booking, and then upon check-out they have charged total amount in addition to it, so my card was debited for 1 additional night, and as per now they have still not unblocked those eur250, which is very irritating. - in April 11
