We stayed at the Christmas market in Colmar. The next time we would certainly not a standard room book, our room was not too big, but their tender was in our room the temperature was (just tight 19 degrees) after a whole day at the Christmas market is frozen and you were quite in a hot room desirable. For a hotel in a city it has good facilities-even a pool, small fitness room, a sauna, and a steam room. Everything was a bit old-but still usable. The rooms are fine, though not very large. toilet separated from the bathroom. We did not use the restaurant, as we were there only one night. In the centre, it is not far-right next door is the parking garage Rapp, because the Hotel itself there were no parking spaces. We stayed with one group (22 persons) stayed there for 4 days and were not disappointed. Particularly praiseworthy is the friendliness of the staff in the whole area. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by smiling radiant. The e-mail contact at the time of booking was so nice and friendly, so that we had the feeling, the staff the front desk good to know. Nearly all of them spoke German.
