was staying in this hotel as part of coach tour of the surrounding area.
we were requested to select what meal we wanted off 2 menus for each day, and everyday they got at least one of our party meal wrong.
when we asked to have the meal changed they told us it was not possible and were quite rude about it.
all in all not a good experience they need to be trained in customer service Read more

Great food-great value. I ate every meal there not because it was convenient, but because it was THAT GOOD! Italienne specialities were great (might i suggest Spaghetti Bolognese?) and the breads fresh and delcious.
