They have bungalows in a very beautiful garden. Located in a palmtree garden, at the edge of the city Douz. The majority of guest are pckage tourists by bus, from GErmany, France, sometimes Hungary.
Rooms are well furnished with mahagoni coloured wood furniture and nice curtains and carpet. The water coming from the tap is a bit salty! The bathroom was big enough, nice and clean.
Check-in was ok. The hotel staff was friendly and polite, they spoke languages (English, French, German). No additional sevice was needed for us.

On balance, when you have had a great day, I think you tolerate the failings of the hotel for one night, but maybe less so, if you had the room without AC or hot water.
