By 7:30 in the morning they should have staff on hand, particularly if they have taken our car via valet parking.

The front desk staff is extremely professional and helpful, they take care of you from the moment you get into town and trust me you need your help to find this place but their courtesy helps you overcome all the challange of a place that is hidden in the pedastrian area and not easy to reach by car but they take care of everything.
