The restaurants with a direct view over the lake: the « Juma », the traditional « Pinte» and the very romantic «Volière» – sometimes we will prepare your table on the shore of the lake! We will present a light Meditterean kitchen in all variations, local specialities and fresh surprises from the lake.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
We dispose of kayaks, canoes, rowing boats, bicycles and Nordic-Walking sticks. You have the possibilty to book them in advance upon you arrival at the hotel.

Am short because of a review of the restaurant. The food was just great. A night spent at the palafitte neuenburg and also the dinner. No compared-in much better 'Manoir'. So definitely not elsewhere. The location on the lake is and the more 'so la la' service in the palafitte we were very happy. Read more

In general, the hotel has a big plus, due to its location.
The food is good, but the price/achievement principle in any case.
We have rarely seen such small portions in the plate for so much money.
Example: turbot Gemüsebett CHF 45 on for, -, the piece of fish fit
to a soup spoon-so large! -we found that (to say the least) fraud for the guest. The breakfast is well stocked and
adequate.
The rooms are good, everything was available, the bathroom was very small.
The hotel can be recommended (perhaps elsewhere food), then this is okay. Read more

The hotel Vieux Manoir is a unique location on Lake murten location. A large park and the hotel area values lakeside property very in. For those in search of peace or for a romantic dinner certainly well suited. The terrace restaurant or the winter garden are very successful and offer a dignified atmosphere.
However, we were very disappointed with our room and the whole service in the hotel. The room and bathroom was small and not really practical. Beams separated the room and a mobile air conditioning system was in the way. But the friendl... Read more
