I have never had such a bad holiday. This hotel is, I believe, for: rudeness, pretty good, children rudeness, the food was inedible, the mattresses and beds in ekelhaftem condition, heraushängende outlets out etc... If you just love it and despite all inclusive like food, is well cared for here. Toilet paper is a lack were, except for the service team is the entire staff rather unfriendly, complaints as defective equipment not understand 'dealt with' , all inclusive to 23 hours on hear, it is still something to drink then of course be no possibility, also no water! ... The condition of the hotel was good, also the size and cleanliness of the room was fine. I also thought the taste and the diversity of meals were sufficient. It was always negative, if services. At the reception you had to lucky to speak to a German. It was particularly bad in the service, at the beach bar you were left, the bar stewards away or a waiter could not with the corkscrew avoid. ... there. The food was freshly prepared and very delicious. The Grand Hotel Varna was beside Hotel Lebed . One could use that area, too. There was also a pool there. Around this pool they had set up beach chairs that resembled canopy beds (15€/day). High society from Varna and the vicinity met there.
