Positive thing I would say is the beautiful and cozy ambience, there was a lot of attention. The food was very good and I think for a four stars hotel, the price was reasonable. I found it a shame, that the outdoor pool is closed until further notice, a highlight in the winter when there is snow and you could sit in a warm atmosphere. That was the biggest negative point, was the second largest, both times the table reservation didn't work evenings, but we were in the off season and there were not so many guests so that we always got a table.... The stay was pretty good. We will book this hotel again when the opportunity.
Only in room 301 was a uncomfortable, loud noise, that about 1-two hour occurs all, also in the night. Duration about .2-3 seconds. (Aehnlich as in the plane, if the gear is, only much shorter).
I suspect a relay from the elevator, or a fan stone or similar. Read more

Very nice staff, which fulfilled the wishes of the guests. I should like to make a criticism, the leads past the combination of the rooms to the wellness area by the lobby and the restaurants. This is not for everyone. Otherwise it pleased us very well. Read more
