Due vouchers issued we were first put in a room in the main building. The room was extremely dirty and the terrace door could not be closed (on the ground floor!). After a protracted complaint without adequate support the front desk and the management are we then moved to the thalasso as booked. Has the guide Faouzi Belkhir from Neckermann/Thomas cook very helpful. The room was nice and big enough. Unfortunately there was no safe. (only at the reception) the restaurant was much nicer than in the main house and thank God it was not so crowded... Read more
