We were there in the off season (beginning September) and the hotel was only about 20% occupied. This was a wonderful peace-the only reason, why I recommend the lido. We got an apartment with balcony and windows to a large beautiful garden. You can sleep with the windows open-no mosquitoes, no traffic, no discos, walker-excellent. Only the wind strikes gently through the poplars and birch sheets. the hotel was so style of the seventies eighties everything was old and decayed. The room were on arrival not clean and the bed was dirty. The toilet was very small and smelly as no air ventilation and window available. The rooms never became cleaned or the garbage poured out. There were only the beds made. The breakfast was then the absolute Hardness totally not enjoyable right disgusting. The only thing positive was, the beach was very Hotelnah.

Highly recommended! (But not for people who look for luxury) in Hungary to great restaurants and nightlife should not fail, and we, as well as in the evening we were out and about the hotel was exactly the right thing for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed, that the August festival in Balatonfüred is, where the stalls open daily! ☺ Read more
