A clean, well-kept hotel charm directly on the beach street (Highway with a lot transport) about 10 minutes above Garda. No friendliness children/families opposite! On the contrary loud upstart by the pool were friendly treated as a laughing child! Rooms at 1 o'clock cleaned-when we ask the caregiver had to stop their work because of the NAP our children it was a little more than just OK! In two nights found very loud wedding instead. My wife and I wanted some nice days in this hotel spend. The reservation was made several months before the trip, the hotel confirmed the Declaration, on it we booked flights accordingly. A few weeks before the vacation canceled our reservation and the hotel offered us a replacement hotel, which for us was completely uninteresting. In our opinion an extremely customer unfriendly behavior. We are very disappointed! Read more
