We only stayed for one night at the hotel. Everything was very clean, but a few steps to be taken to get to the hotel. The room was in a Victorian style (Rosamunde Pilcher again). As in any property on Tasmania there was in the room mini bar/fridge, kettle including tea, sugar and milk, iron & ironing board. Our room was to a very nice courtyard/garden. From a noisy street we didn't hear any (but also holiday in Hobart). The breakfast was functional and very standard. Toast, Veggimite, jam, coffee, tea. The hotel is only a few minutes walk...
