The friendliness of the staff was average. Stains on the carpet and broken, durchgescheuerte Stuhlsitzbezüge were found in the room. Mini-bar of course not, also no pens. The programme coverage of the TV is confused, a radio non-existent. The hair dryer is after about 15 seconds by Overheating protection cut. The hotel is very loud. The food in the restaurant is below average, beer was without foam served. It is a very nice city, Eisenach is to enjoy the white. Read more

We had a very large 1 night for room in the back. Rail traffic on the street!
Free parking in the courtyard.
Service was excellent and very attentive. The breakfast was very rich and had a large selection for example cake, Friday fruit salad, bread and cold cuts selection and even muesli, fruit juices and everything important!
