If it's a Sunday the busiest day of the week being a religeous city, the bus does not run? The air conditioning does not work properly, the breakfast was a disaster, we ended up cleaning a table ourselves to sit down as the waiters were too busy arguing amoungst themselves, the fruit is not fresh, the juice is not fresh, this is a business and conference hotel at best
