I'm native guest and I felt very comfortable there. The palm trees garden and the breakfast area directly with a view of the sea belong to the energiereichsten places I know. Excellent also for singles just 'be' want. Read more

We- 66 and 64 years, but 'young at heart' -we did in the hotel very comfortable. That it is a little bit spoiled, did not bother us; the free conferring thick beach towels were however but very worn and hanging on the Randsäumen partly in tatters.
The audience too many british; we were amongst the younger, but the British have a sense of humor. And then some kurzweilige entertainment.

Area of the hotel was perfect, daily well maintained.
room very clean, unfortunately, it was cool, but a second blanket was brought immediately.
breakfast and Nachtessenbüfett was very rich, a little unusual that the dishes weren't really were hot.
the first 3 days with predominantly older British was very pleasant, the following German less considerate.
Was with the condition very satisfied even if by doors moved.

Perfect location right on the beach (small separate beach) and nevertheless central location-absolute excellent! Puerto del Carmen is probably the best place on the island of Lanzarote, if you want to experience something evening relaxation. It is also a good starting point for the island exploration. Food was very good and diverse. Service in the restaurant was poor, partly. Difficulties with the language and sometimes we had to great patience bring your own. Area has gotten a bit old, but okay. Think in this day and age air-conditioning should be standard in a 4star hotel, however I was able to leave the sliding door poen at night wkilst closing the sliding shutters thus creating a breeze through the room thought the lunch menu was a bit basic
