The hotel captivates with its gigantic location above the cliffs of Los gigantes. Although it is a little getting old, but completely modernized 2012. It is a hotel for adults only. The entire staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and competent. The food was very varied and good, but there was no culinary highlights. Light entertainment and quiet atmosphere. ... of the Atlantic and the Los Gigantes mountains beautiful.Bathroom shower always hot straight away .The big plus was the fridge in the room not having to pay anything extra for it,nice to come in and have a chilled drink. The hotel is a bit seventies in style otherwise excellent.
Staff courteous and friendly,also nice to see the manager around the hotel speaking to the guests and welcoming new ones.Most staff spoke English. Room was cleaned thoroughly and always early in the morning .

... very much on the island undertake just walk into the town of Los gigantes, Puerto de Santiago is downhill but it didn't bother us right on the beach across the street there is also a very recommendable diving to really relaxing diving (Riaansscuba) it was really mood.

We have been twice to this Hotel in consecutive years. It\'s tremendous and certainly wins all accolades in its facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms.
The food is superb; buffet style and they cater for all needs. There are 2 large pools and a garden; and even though there were over 500 guests plenty of places to chill out. The staff are all very helpful and friendly Read more

I travelled to the hotel Los Gigantes in mid January 2010 and booked my holiday approx 6 months before travel so when reading recent reviews you can imagine I was very very concerend, this is my personal opinion, and I think people forget that when reading reviews it is only ever an "opinion" Well- The main concern was of course the virus but whilst I was on holiday there was a article in the daily mail showing that this virus is all over the UK, I believe that there is more that can be done, eg more hand sanitisers however the hotel is spotless, the rooms, the lounge and definatley the restaurant! - in August 10
