Hotel Los Hibiscos

Was sold as a four star 1/2. We noted then that there are only three. The food was always a matter of direction. The food is always the next meal somewhere in it again. Criticism is bad. We had to fight with two young children and three suitcases alone to the room, which wasn't't so easy since everything was right concorted is. Noisy front desk a hotel should suffice with drawings. We have two weeks over Christmas and new year's Eve in Los hibiscus spent. Transportation to and from the hotel and the location was good. It was just a pity, that the steam room didn't used (structural error) could be and the wellness/fitness area only mornings and 16:00 to 20:00 from o'clock is open. Because the hotel because of the wellness area without extra charge and the daily use wanted, it was one small downside. The staff, in the restaurant, was very attentive. From 7:00 o'clock until 00:00 on o'clock there was the possibility to eat and drink in the check-in/check-out the bags were stored, should the room not yet free seín or flight later, here we in any case again! Read more

Went there as a couple in the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. It is a cozy small hotel for families where you can feel comfortable. Activities were very good and always friendly. The whole staff was super. Read more

During our stay, the hotel was in German rentnerhand. Especially to be highlighted is the front desk super friendly and helpful by Ralf! Taste of the food is good, but the side dishes almost every day the hotel was on the German retirees stomach laid out. The location of the hotel is very centrally located. The evening entertainment was rather bad if not childish and would be good as entertainment for the kids gone through.
