Actually beautiful location and good facilities of the hotel are deceiving unfortunately the abuses in the hotel. The staff speaks no or only very bad English. Complaints (noise) if at all only very slow to process. Through the very high standard of the price the dining one is forced the 5 kilometer to the town on foot/ bus/ taxi to take in purchase. ... was confirmed. Deluxe room tiny and in need of renovation. Left and right from the hotel construction. Debris and trees have been burnt. Staff didn't speak English, only at the front desk a bit. Information folder about excursions etc. only in Russian. At night, the balcony door was broken, no response of the management of the hotel, luckily there was nearby the hotel from the TUI there and we were able to get food. The hotel is new and clean. OK. BUT the place completely lacks atmosphere and friendliness. The staff is untrained/unmotivated and doesn't speak english. Service was FAR from 4-star standard. You need a taxi to go anywhere. There are not enough parasols and beds for all guests. etc. etc. We were supposed to stay 3 weeks - and had unfortunately paid in advance through our travel agent.
