Dear guests,
We have read with great concern some negative comments on the operation of our hotel Louis Corcyra Beach in Corfu, from clients visiting this hotel during summer 2009.
Through thorough analysis of all complaints, several discussions with the hotel’s management, and visits to the hotel itself, we have identified these specific issues and steps are being taken in order to solve them before the reopening of the hotel in May 2010. The hotel management will be supervising the implementation of these measures with the help of Louis Hotel’s Executive Chef, Quality Manager and the overall support of the Head Office, which will be present at Louis Corcyra Beach at various intervals this summer. Our aim is to always offer our clients excellent value for money for their holidays and we will do whatever is necessary to make sure this will always be the case from now on.
We sincerely hope that you, our customers, will give us the opportunity to prove to you the high level of service and standards that characterizes the chain of Louis Hotels with over 60 years in the hospitality industry and a winner of many quality awards throughout the years.

The complex was in a bad condition and hardly cleaned. Is rubbish everywhere and the staff/entertainers, which at this time of year had very little to do, sit around and don't care. Tables in the area of the restaurant to be washed or cleaned with little or no. The pool is barely usable and the second, much nicer, is not heated! Read more

Two small suggestions, we would like to be:
1 The lagoon pool closes at 6:30 P.M. (very unfortunate, since one of trips usually you arrive late and not swim, because the market is completed)
