Unfortunately no four star hotel maximum 2 stars. the rooms already worn out showers a nightmare the mold was already out. UPS not have to say any more. You can much beautiful make. The service has been a fiasco. No German Language. Stay at home saved a lot of money and nerves. Not good. Food almost always the same. Isolated environment not well. The hotel was already a bit getting old. A little decoration would help. The rooms are clean but very sparsely equipped. With regard to food great. I didn't like was the loud music at the pools, the beach and then the whole was forgotten. It is a little out of the way, but a bus runs every 30 Minutes to Chania was okay. You just get good value for your money. The food is very good, but the complex is just a bit older and not as nicely equipped. Some wrote here that this hotel does not worth four stars is German. Hotel very shabby old age, little atmosphere (flowers, etc. decoration) hardly main courses on the menu restaurants, little change in the daily food variety. large pebbles on the beach, with high waves problematic, to the nearest tourist centre platanias only by taxi or bus, great pool area! The hotel has four stars, with a German quality not comparable. However, it is clean, and for a pure beach holiday perfectly adequate. The room was rather small, but only for sleeping, it was good enough. The hotel is located directly on the beach, but very rocky. (Wherein this fact a Crete-holiday-makers in the North should be aware of). You can in the supermarkets reasonably priced, good bathing shoes, the condition very pleasant and long shelf life. The whole area has fallen us well. Three adults with a five-year in two spacious rooms. The request, the room on a floor to have, was fulfilled. The pool area is wonderful. For the children would be a slide. beautiful the beer is good and the wine tasted acceptable. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The mixed drinks may be; but one something tasty within the framework on special requests. Fresh juices is it unfortunately not. But it is always fresh fruit. We were completely satisfied.
