Taxi from airport 20 euro bus to Zakynthos city 1,40 Euro per person, one way every hour 150m away from the hotel taxi to Planos 7 euros rental car in the hotel from 29euro per day --- The hotel mostly British guests, but also Russian, Polish, Swiss, Benelux and German. The hotel, with its about 160 units, shows some signs of wear, but it is very clean, the size of the rooms and the catering, when booking all-inclusive, is fine. Guests mostly from England and Eastern Europe, mostly families, or young couples. Size of the room was okay, kettle, TV, mini fridge, safe for 3.50 € a day, hair-dryer. Enough storage space in the closets etc. Balcony with table and chairs. Staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. No problem with English. We thought that it's a good place to stay though as we actually book about 1050€ ( last minute deal) want to pay at Neckermann, but there was the same offer for about 750€, so Off to the south. I travel for many years to Greece and have stayed at all islands. This hotel is a good hotel where you can spend a nice quiet holiday. The food was very good and also typical greek. In 14 days was not even any bowl of empty. It is always refilled. The food is always hot. The chef continuously monitors the buffet and also time criticism or praise. The meals swimming not just in oil like we know. There are really good sauces and it's worth it just pasta with tomato sauce (every day in a different prepared) to food. Tastes like at Mamma! With children highly recommended. Our are five years-you can use the swimmingpool the whole day. The hotel is kept very familiar and the staff very friendly. The only down side was the beach. Directly at the hotel there's only a jetty. Five minutes away but there's a public beach. The food was great. There's a bus stop right outside the Hotelausfahrt. You pay for always 1,4 € wherever you mitfährt. Read more
