The hotel is located in fort augustus in immediate Proximity of the channel in a beautiful garden. Falkensteiner particularly mentioned is the really good gourmet restaurant: we would definitely recommend this one. The hotel was very nice and modernly furnished, the service was very friendly, the rooms are good and adequate in size. We will gladly stay here again. Read more

... good food. The to tought better Lovat to. Nouvelle Couisine from the finest. Traditional Scottish dishes, tastefully done. Maybe a bit expensive). Breakfast is included and freshly prepared. (Scrambled eggs, beans etc. .. )
Nicely located on a small increase in at the entrance to the "delightful town" Fort Augustus. Ample parking is available (free). The hotel is located on a relic of the old Stadtwallens.
In town there was a small walk through a farm including goats, Highland cattle, deer, deer, Shettland-ponies for be petted ... ... Read more
