Actually a very big hotel. Since carpets was unfortunately the walls were a bit thin.

English Spaniards and German in the majority.

Rather somewhat small and noisy furniture were reasonable. On the sixth floor really beautiful view from the small but sufficient balcony.

The hotel was fundamentally 2011 renovated. If you don't problems with to zu80 % occupancy by ENGL centers you can recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean. Problems it was with the elevators. Complaints were handled quickly.
we had a superior room on the sixth floor it was great. The daily cleaning was excellent.

Food was good, however often lukewarm, as the plates warmed up the room doors were very loud, you had to close the shut with jerk. The lift a disasterone waited sometimes 10 minute walk to one of the 3 lifts. The in the evening were not bad, but the acoustics in this room was so bad, that everything was loud, it was also with the entertainment mostly English spoken. The wall separating the bathroom and the bedroom was chipped and moldy. Tap didn't produce any cold water, problem with the telephone. Replacement room was okay, on the balcony some tiles were missing, yet another problem with the telephone. The fridge overheated after a week. Out of the 3 elevators, one was almost always out of service, the two others stayed in the go-slow mode. Very unfriendly waiter 'Pedro'. He had something against flip-flops, but only with me. We had a bit more luck with the others. Not a recommendable hotel!
