1) the room wasn't ready until 4 despite a 3pm check in 2) the bathroom door could not physically close 3) the bar fridge did not work and 4) hotel staff could have been more attentive - certainly not bad service but the impression was that we were just another customer as opposed to other hotels we stayed at that consistently go out of their way to make our stay better.
