The hotel is outdated, at the entrance area lamps are broken, the elevator is very noisy from the noise, if one sleeps beside, the nightmare. In the room there is no fridge and no air conditioning. The food was very well arranged and not very varied. You could not find any information laid out, as the files of. From the hotel we were very disappointed, room cleaning was good and the beach is very nice and clean. After twice Majorca vacation we will not want to leave. Read more

The hotel has an outdated condition, whether the elevator, which blasts noise Agreement is still TÜV? Don't know what people in the summer without air conditioning and refrigerator make? We have already fought September. We are really not whingers, but the food was not so great, we had five days fried eggs used, then there. In the hotel are unfortunately no brochures from, except for the travel catalog suppliers. (Neckermann and so on) do not know, have stayed in many hotels, but we may not more. With the exception of the pool service eTEN Barbe, even stressed a smile for left their customers. Price/performance absolutely no relationship-we would have had to pay more for better quality, but the Santa Ana can offer from down here already nothing more. We had become accustomed here four days at the hot temperatures, before it went to Ibiza. Unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning, which with 34 °C hot but it would have been ideal. Otherwise very good view of the ocean (right on the beach) and the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room was also good. The price/performance ratio is right over here. Read more
