A bit' plush' hotel, however price-performance normally acceptable. price is compared to ' of high quality hotels' rather low! This should always when they are entitled to be borne in mind! staff are very friendly. My room on the 4Etage was very small, the carpets carpet) was very dirty and stained ( attached pictures) and the room was completely full of smoke despite "non-smoking" and the bathroom smelled extremely after a uses scented oils. What was agreed upon booking this hotel: non-smoking rooms, quiet location, reserved parking space in the underground car park. What we got: nothing of the above. When entering the hotel a the first bad impression already hits you due to the musty, smoky atmosphere and some of the staff at the front desk looked very lost and overburdened. We stayed here for 3 nights. On request one more day stay was to first told, I think there is no problem. Later we noticed that this was a problem.
