End of February we have a very relaxing week in the Luz del Mar in. The hotel seemed hardly as a hotel, more like a small apartment complex with hotel service. The whole complex is clean and tidy, the service perfectly and at the front desk we answer questions. During the day are hard guests in the hotel, so that one on one rotten day pool nearly for itself alone has. We had a rental car, in the hotel's own garage be turned off could. We have a very nice week on Tenerife spent. The location of the hotel is not really great, but generally you had a car and is so mobile. The rooms were tidy; the bathroom actually in need of renovation. Tub with Duschwandabtrennung, missing bidet and easily geschimmelte tiles needs four stars not be! For us as hikers offered the Luz del Mar of good information before the hiking until for relaxing afterwards everything, what we could hope for. Particularly the quiet atmosphere, the stylishly equipped rooms, and the convenient breakfast buffet have to our Welfare contributed.

( half board ) after the earlier reviews the disappointment was in relation to the food very large. The breakfast buffet was as far as reasonable but had no surprise and only filter coffee. The supper was uninspired and heavy. A vegetarian were the choice very poor. All in all Romance Einheitsbreiküche. Beautiful selection of local wine.

My husband and I stayed just one night at Hotel Luz Del Mar (we were on holiday in the south of the island) but found the staff to be both friendly and extremely helpful to the extent that the beauty therapist stayed after her evening shift to give me a foot massage on what was a very painful heel.
