We were for the second time the panoramico and were once again very satisfied. Our room requirement was fulfilled and the staff were extremely helpful.
We had overnight stay with breakfast booked, because the à-la-carte restaurant ' Paladar ' really excellent and not overpriced is. The service is very accommodating and the German chef Ben is also very good and flexible. Surprisingly book the majority of the guests half board and don't miss the spectacular view from the restaurant to Funchal and the better quality of the food in the ' Paladar... Read more

I was thrilled by the willingness to help and friendliness of the staff.
the rooms are beautiful and commodious. Wellnismöglichkeit in the hotel rather modest. Solely a small Dry sauna with registration, no appropriate peace room. It is the entry too high. But free small outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool ( nice). Read more

Very pleasant quiet ( Nordlügel facing the land side not recommendable nonetheless because of loud generator on the roof) hotel with great views.
