Four years ago, we were in the AL qasr and were not disappointed this time, quite the opposite. The villas are much bigger and friendly equipped and a bit more personal attention and flair as the main buildingwe had to boot the luck, of an Arabian on a gulf summer pants and this could be upgraded even already in the morning at 8:30 relate, great service! For us this lodges are not be beat! We travel quite a lot and had no better hotel in the world! What is still useful to mention: of course the restaurants are in a six-star hotel not cheap, but you get really star food! The service is, in our opinion, it can't be beat! The resort is first class! The hospitality was great! Unfortunately I cannot say the same of Air Berlin! Our luggage was delivered only after three days. We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for 12 nights, I would strongly reccomend a stay with this company they really do strive for highest levels of service, nothing is to much trouble, the Villa's themselves are unlike the normal hotel rooms they have a slight traditional twist to them and when you have had enough of the beach you can retreat to your pool and get away from it all, a particular mention to Rahul Sharma who make us feel like we are 'coming home' everytime we stay he is a real credit to the Jumeirah organization and we will be back later this year to experience it all again. - in November 09
