Magawish Swiss Inn Resort, was built partially in 425 rooms, simply furnished, are either in bungalows spread along the beach or in the new two-story buildings. All are equipped with terrace or small patio, private bathroom with bathtub or shower, individually controlled air conditioning, international direct dial telephone, sat TV and mini fridge. Standard rooms can accommodate maximum 3 adults; for families and friends available also family rooms, apartments with two and three rooms and villas. It is one of the oldest resorts in the Red Sea Riviera, spreads on a big desert land directly on a very nice beach. This simple All Inclusive hotel is suggested to a clientele who prefers the beauty of the sea to a high service standard. A well equipped kitesurfing and windsurfing centre is located just few metres from the water edge. The Hotel is 11 km from the airport and 17 km from down town.

Beach, Sea & Reef
The hotel’s impressive natural sandy beach, more than 1.2 km long, is among the nicest ones in all Hurghada and it overlooks Magawish Island and colourful lagoons. The easy access to the sea makes the resort an ideal choice for families with children, windsurfers and kiters.

Activities & Entertainment
The hotel team organises games and entertainment; discothèque. Activities with charge: 4 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, water polo, beach volley, gym, billiard, and horse riding. On the beach dive centre and aqua sports.

Windsurfing
Because of its fantastic sunny windy weather, Hurghada is considered one of the best locations in the world for both, windsurfing and kitesurfing! Especially for windsurfers, the city of Hurghada at the northern Egyptian coast is a must because it is exactly here where the Red Sea Riviera adventure begun. The windsurfing centre is located directly on the long sandy beach of the Magawish Swiss Inn Resort where equipment can be rented and stored. The training and surfing area is just enormous here! An offshore sandbank smoothes the waves even with winds as strong as 7 bft and the chop-hops are never higher than 1 metre. The site with a standing area of about 30 metres, flat waves and fine sand makes it an ideal place for beginners but also advanced windsurfers have plenty opportunities to practice straps & water starts, harness and beach starts, planning and carving jibes. The centre is equipped with JB boards, Goya and Neil Pryde rigs.

Kitesurfing
This IKO kitesurfing centre is also located directly on the private hotel beach next to the windsurfing centre, and is the best site in the area for kitesurfing with dedicated huge shallow areas for beginner training, separate launch areas and the famous sandbank offshore. The launching and landing area is separated from the kite training bay where the water is knee to chest deep, with a flat surface and sandy bottom. Kite-surfers who encounter any problem will be rescued by one of the cruising rescue boats. The centre is equipped with the latest equipment from Naish, Underground and X-Shooter, from pure beginner equipment to the most advanced gear available on the market. All courses, open to anyone from the age of 12, are conducted in the upwind training bay and done according to IKO standards, leading to IKO certification;
