Information about the Hotel
Complex “Magnolia” is situated in the upper zone of ALBENA about 800 m. from the beach. It has a modern architecture, totally renovated in 2002 , where adults and children can have relax and pleasant holiday To the Magnolia complex belongs also a new renovated building - ex Magnolia Garden.
Atmosphere
All Inclusive club “Magnolia” has a lobby bar, snack bar, pool bar, outdoor swimming pool with two water slides and Jacuzzi, children swimming pool, massage cabinets, cosmetics studio, hairdresser, air-conditioned lobby, free billiard and table tennis.
Comfort
The complex consists ot 340 rooms divided in two main buildings “Magnolia Lux” and “Magnolia Standard” all together 670 beds. All the rooms in “Magnolia Standard” are renovated in 2007, luxury furniture and air-conditioned.. There is a 30 parking area in front of the hotel for the guests.
Each room is equipped with telephone, satellite TV, balcony and air – condition. The rooms type 'Standard' - are smaller. There are rooms with connecting door, with the same equipment as the double rooms, and rooms with 1 french bed, one regular bed and a sofa bed- convenient for families with children.
There is a regular shuttle bus going to the beach and back starting from 09:30 till 17:00h.

All inclusive club “Magnolia” has an air- conditioned main restaurant with 420 seating places.
Time – Table buffet
- breakfast - 07.30 – 10.00h
- lunch – 12.30 – 14.00h
- Dinner – 18.30 14.00h.
There is a snack bar working from 11.00 till 17.00.
There are four Theme nights in the main restaurant: Bulgarian, Sea food, Italian and Latino.
The restaurant offers a diet buffet and a children corner.
All Bulgarian drinks in the restaurant and at the bars are free of charge from 10.00 – 23.00, there is also an imported liquids that are payable.

We spend our vacation in Albena for a second year. We change hotel for variety. Last year - hotel "Orchideya", this year - "Magnolia". The swimming pool of "Magnolia" is very good. There is variety of food and drinks in restaurant.
The beach in Albena is incredible, fine sand, cleanly sea.
I don't like insufficiently lighting at pedestrian alley in Albena resort. The stairs from hotels at park to beach have to be repaired. Read more

Vacation was great if you just want to party and the hotel is for children (animation) good entertainment. Staff speaks little English and could not deal with the complaint than 30 minutes before departure of a power failure we were not considered large, craftsman came when we checked out (which we did not have been told) .food was good in the East villas should possibly be repaired. otherwise, some things were okay. The hotel is located in a unkempt gardens and consists of two buildings with about 200 rooms. Overall it is a messy condition and the cleanliness in all areas leaves a lot to be desired. There were mainly Eastern Europeans under the hotel guests of all ages.
Thick joints in the bathroom were completely covered in mold. Also on the shower curtain were clear mold suitable for use. It did not have a power outlet in the bathroom. Hotel very dirty. Room with mold and plaster fell from the ceiling. Beds not changed, large stains. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay. Bathroom smells regimental. And mold. Staff at the reception very rude. Food was an all inclusive is very easy and always the same. Beverage very often warm. Almost no German, Russian, Polish, Romanians, and so on.
Mold, dirty, air conditioning is partly not ok.
