We were 10 days in this hotel and we had a great holiday. The service was fantastic. We were very spoiled. The pool area was casual. It has enough restaurant for meal times. The hotel group has 2 hotel: the elegance and the colonial. The elegance is from 18 years. So you by the pool really its peace. 95-98% of the guests were from the United States. We had a deluxe room with a view of the sea. There are nothing to complain about. The size and location of the room was okay. The choice of restaurants was okay, the diversity of food and drinks offered was good. But at the most, was the friendliness of the staff. We loved it - the complex is very large but you get used to it. At the Elegance Club need the Bali beds and new be excessive in rain something had to be done - the towels begin to green and smell the next day accordingly. I can only say again! There it is worthwhile. I have stayed here five times in Punta Cana, but as a hotel I have never seen anything like it. It is my opinion almost didn't want better. They anticipated every wish from your lips. Everything was super and the rooms are amazing. Read more
