The hotel is really clean, lots of facilities, food for everyone. Mixed nationalities, British, Russian and German. MIxed ages, young familites, teenagers, parents and grandparents. The staff are really friendly, especiailly entertainment team and waiting staff. We loved it.
Very clean and lots of storage, but one big room for families, no seperate bedroom or privacy. Sea view from balcony amazing, but small balcony with only two chairs and small table.

To repeat, the hotel nothing for its guests, but the staff handled everything super ☺, always friendly, accommodating and helpful. This time we had a mountain view room, the view was granaitsch. This year, entertainment, but with so much more entertainment, and so nice! Not pushy at all, if you don't want, you were left in peace. The service forces read the wishes of the eyes.
