End of October no animation more, the toilets by the beach were very dirty, free-range Dogs at the beach (from staff), food always the same and cold, partly unfriendly and annoying staff (pushy), impression of the hotel maximum three stars. The first impression of the hotel was not bad. The rooms were clean. The offer included Büfettessen which 3 days before deadline was abolished. To our time also too many Russians but not so much because the hotel from November winter vacation makes. The pool is much smaller than on the pictures. The hotel is very loud if the lobby downstairs is full. Even now we could above not sleep. Stupid built. The room was quite large, all with lateral view of the sea and balcony. Nice vacation, but we wouldn't book this hotel. As almost only Russians in this hotel were (99%)had our son (11 years) unfortunately no children to play. L unfortunately the pool in the shade. The service is great and all are very willing to make an effort and friendly. Unfortunately, it took the cleaning forces with the room cleaning not very accurate. Tips didn't help here either. Actually from the architecture a beautiful hotel. The volume in the season not experience. This hotel has approximately 600 rooms and the rooms go from Mittelraum from. All the noises from the bar are top. The cleanliness ☹ and the food is not a two star hotel. In this hotel are too many Russians -well if you like it! It was no longer made really clean! We, a family with a toddler, on the strength of all the good rating and offered entertainment the hotel for those last week of October as travel booked with all inclusive it was the biggest mistake we could make. The hotel was as good as set. When we arrived about hundred guests and ten guests. No entertainment, no disco, no child care, no water slide by the pool as the water was too cold and restaurants only the main restaurant was open. The food was a catastrophe.
