I booked this facility for the 5th time otherwise the club, and not the hotel. At my arrival someone said to me, that the club will be closed, because they had too little guests, so then began the worst vacation of my life. I already saw many bad things, of course that was the worst, everyday the same food, mold on the cheese, mold in the childrens club, and so on and so forth, oh yes not to forget the flooding above the reception desk, for days on end running through the roof water. That it is possible to find this hotel in travel catalogue is unbelievable. Dirty rooms, everywhere mildew. Cleaning ladies, who dont make clean, no fresh bed sheets, no fresh hand towels. Air-conditioner is so loud like a compressed air hammer in the construction site. Complaints are not taken serious, it is only smiled benignly at them. Cats run over the tables and eat the sweeties in the sugar cans. There is no cleaniness in this hotel. Fortunately we had booked only one week.
