We were now already for the second time in this hotel. The hotel is very clean and for skiers as we ideal. One must only over the street and you're right at the train station the Zillertal railway. Our room was very large and both children had separate beds, despite normal family room, which for us was great. ... predecessor we could 't understand. Solely the already mentioned coffee does not fit the otherwise good impression. The service staff were very friendly and accommodating. The panoramic sauna is, as other already mentioned, wonderful. The only thing, which disturbed us somewhat, was the food-and Rauchduft, by the bar and the hallways moved, the clothes always smelled accordingly. The first night I discovered the first night that there was a hole in the bed so I told this to the staff and the next day they bought a completely new matrass for me and my boy friend and they were very happy that we told them about the bed because if nobody tells them the bed is not good anymore they will never find out.
