3/23/07:
Great news!!!
-We just build a new kids playground ,furnitured with safe floors(your kids will be safer now)!!!
-3 German speaking animators will join us this year for your entertaiment!
-The hotel also just buy a genarator to avoid problems with electricity!
-We also plan a new menu with a lot of variety of food!
I would also like to say that it will be a great pleasure for me, to have this year guests that the previous years were not satisfied from the hotel ,so i can prove them the big difference and progress ,the hotel makes ,as allready has a total new face.
I also must say that we have a lot of satisfied guests ,that they diidnt write their opinion to the internet!!
On the other side guests they are not satisfied ,they write their opinion in the internet. By this way the results are not real sometimes, something that happens for my hotel also.
So i wait you ,to prove you that!

Please let me first intoduce my shelf.
My name is Giannis G. Kontokostas and i am the new Director of the hotel Malia Bay.
The hotel is under new managment and philoshopy.
I am writting this to draw your attention so, in the future i can welcome you as our guests and believe me it will be an owner to do that!
The first priority to me is to make you feel like home.
Frindliness and possitive reactions is what you will find to your questions and problems here.
In that direction i would like to inform you for some changes i allready make to the hotel:
1)In the reception desk you will find 2 possitive girls that ( they grow up in Germany so feel comftable to speak to your language) ready to solve any problems you will have
2)In the Main bar i also have this year A girl From Germany. That also means that it will easy to contact beacause of the language!
3)Our Animation team will be Germans ,or they will speak perfect german.So your kids will have a perfect comunication !!
4)Before the hotel starts all the personel will take a course about SERVICE .
5)We have a new brand wooden pergola(big terrace) to our Main bar that you will love it
All the above and more movements that i will do. i think it matters because they will make you feel more comftable and really like home.
Thats our new filoshopy : MAKE YOU FEELING HOME!!

On the first day of the tour someone stole jewelry from the room. Staff refused to solve the problem. And shamefully averted gaze. We saw the maid come out of our room while we were at dinner, but management did not even questioned her. General Manager refused to call the police. Be careful! Read more

The reviews until now I think very much! We found everything was really great fit! Except for the fact that the distance from the center about four kilometers! The means to walk to most not accessible, unless you are sporting! But there are enough possibilities to explore the city within easy reach (taxi, bus ... ).
