All is nice: territory, rooms, service, food, pools, animation etc. Not enough space in wardrobe. There is no iron in a room. Very good and friendly staff. Knowledge of English is good. Not sure about the cleanliness of glasses. There always was a smell of some cleaning things like FARY... Almost all graphins for vine were of broken glass... Sea is right near the hotel. ... was big! The drive went through English pubs and rent car shops!! When you like England then Malia is a right place to go! We were in the city only for shopping or to check out the sightseeings (10-15 min walking in direction of the mountains). The neighboor hotels and their private beaches are not worth to mention.
