Hotel Marhaba Royal Salem

This hotel was fab in all parts, pool, staff, maids, food, drinks!!!! We stayed all inclusive for a week and was in no means disappointed. I have never ever met such friendly people in all my life, all the staff were helpful, polite and funny, thet always aim to please 24/7. I stayed here only 5 stars useless, as at the time of replacement in the 3-star ** and sauna area take place. It is sometimes a bit too loud. I would give all star Sundays, as this is a very beautiful clean and with friendly staff equipped hotel is. cleanliness left a lot to be desired and partly also overbooked. We had all inclusive klusive booked here definitely is not the case. The rooms are appropriate equipment. Leisure activities on offer were very impressive. the rooms are OK but they should renovated to be. There is no mini-bar. Safety deposit box is available at the rooms not available. Stayed in 1 week for December 2011 in this hotel. To the stay you can say everything was fine. The hotel was international guests some English, French and German. Remarkable was the Russian guests in the hotel. The atmosphere and the service at the bar (in the evening!), I have to say here is the strong mentality. Quiet location of the hotel, but still very good possibilities for trips to Sousse and port El kantoui. The restaurant offered very good food. The staff was excellent.
