the food was an impertinence! A friend and I (at the time 17 years old ) expected really not a lot of our vacation, but the food really not at all! At first glance you think ' wow, wide choice and nicely furnished'. From the buffet you could really nothing at all food! The gherkins were not more watery and lay there I think something longer. Maria del mar have a two part. In first part is reception, rooms, internet kiosk, in second restaurant and again rooms. I and my friend get rooms in second part. I don't know how appear rooms in first park, but we have very very big balcony. Bathroom is very clear, there are soup, hairdryer, tub. Towels changes everyday. So, in rooms have everything, what i need...except fringe! I don't can belive it. In spain is very hot, so I don;t understand why in rooms aren't fringes. This is only defect.

The hotel has two buildings tracke, for the most part to young people and families/ older marriage couple is separate.
The double glazing on windows in the room it was always quiet. You could hear nothing from the party music and great night's sleep!
Only in the early morning hours the hotel itself sometimes loud, if the one or the other came home. Because the Hotel itself was noisy.
Interesting was, that maria del mar all people offered at home there were French, Dutch, italians, German (rather less!)...

Very dirty, old, at night you überchaupt can not sleep, very noisy
the rooms are small, furniture is old, poorly cleaned, walls in the room very dirty.
Staff is friendly

i would give this hotel was not even two star. The hotel is very old, dirty, air conditioning in every room, no fridge, broken tv. The food in the hotel was terrible. Only for the young people this hotel is perhaps more suitable for the older generation, I wouldn't recommend it.

The Beach - we had a little game on the beach when we first arrived and several people ended up with blistered feet the beach is very small gravelly and it gets stuck in between the toes etc, and although the beach is swept on a daily basis by the local workmen with tractor rakes etc there is glass and bottle tops everywhere!

We went out of season and most places were quiet but I can recommend the Tequila Bar and you can apparently find this on FACEBOOK Tequila Bar 502 there are several other bars around and they if your in a large group will cut you a deal to get you in!
