The ambience of the hotel gave us right at arrival a very good impression. We were at the front desk very friendly welcome and the habits the house trusts made. We inhabited a room with a view of the fruit orchards; it is recommended, because it is very quiet and you can enjoy a view of the mountains. The family the hotel pleased us very well. The dining room had a lit atmosphere. The seating arrangement in the dining room we found very advantageous, you came with the other guests at the hotel in the conversation.

... was always sufficient, but the dinner was the best! It was always delicious. The Maria Theresia offered several areas so that we could finish the day eating at the bar.
We were thrilled by the wine suggestions. Please try the southern Tyrolean wine (bottle about 20€) :-).
The hotel was located right on the main street of Schlanders. So the best option was a morning sun room (view towards orchards). Sometimes the sprinkling system in the orchards were somewhat disturbing.
