Hotel room and cleanliness was very good, restaurant looks like a hall, the corresponding volume is at the food. We were put in the wind and low temperatures for dinner in the outdoor area. We found the hotel area, the rooms, the pool, the grounds and the food was good! The staff was always friendly and helpful! The food was always good and plenty of choice! The dining room was very noisy and the hard chairs not very comfortable... But that is the only criticism. Despite the size of the hotel it was quiet and had a pleasant atmosphere. The people who wrote bad reviews I can not understand, but I don't think, just have to complain that some to be happy... We had a lovely week! Read more

The dining room, with its hard chairs and this harsh neon light, is rather like a cafeteria! The food was removed at 20:30 o'clock, long lines in front of the dessert buffet, the quality of the food was mediocre at best. Long lines in front of EM coffee machine, there are only two machines for 1000 people, if the tourists a trip booked is without the breakfast coffee announced, as there is little possibility to its coffee departure the bus to get. The prices for drinks in the restaurant and in the bar are a bit too high. The staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, at the bar, in the kitchen and the ladies of the room service were very nice and professional. Many speak German, English but also Italian which is normal. If you tried to speak a few words to speak Italian and if it was only the morning or evening greeting and thanks is, we just a special friendliness. This is normal. Read more
