Hotel Marina-Port , thanks to its air-conditioned rooms , conference rooms, which meet every demand, and brand new Fitness and Wellness center , is one of the most beautyful four-star-hotels on the coast of Lake Balaton.
The waterside hotel is located just one hour drive from Budapest , in Balatonkenese, next to Lake Balaton’s most modern port. The hotel can be reached by taking route 71 after turning off the M7 highway in the direction of Balatonfüred.
Hotel location
One of the oldest Hungarian towns was mentioned in the founding charter of the Abbey of Tihany (Tihanyi Apátság). In addition to its historical heritage the surrounding conservation areas are also worthy of mention. Kenese received the prefix of Balaton before its name in 1909.

The hotel’s master chef provides you with gastronomic pleasures in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant ha s a beautiful terrace with a view of Lake Balaton. At the Nadas Grill restaurant you can enjoy Hungarian-style tastes, barbecue parties with pleasant atmosphere and the Hungarian specialty of bogrács-cooking.
The hotel's drink bar and exclusive cigar room also awaits the guests with a terrace that opens into Lake Balaton.

The hotel made a clean, neat impression and lived up to our expectations. A little upset the events (conference hotel with conference rooms on the wohnetagen).We were very pleased with the food (half-board). The variety and quality of the food was really exemplary. A small drawback was the room service. Hotel is generally very quiet and relaxing.
Very pleasant clientele, many three generations-holidays parents and grandparents and children.
During our stay only disturbed at a company meeting, the meeting between the two days a spontaneous quite loud until well after midnight Nachtbadeparty Balaton guards.

Hotel was really good, but with a few criticisms
. I noticed on the negative during our stay except for 3a 4 families only local hotel guests.
The reservation of the pool chairs with towels before breakfast, many of the locals use. That was already annoying and disturbing, the accused of the German. The staff was nice and some even went out of their way to understand us, but the majority of the staff, as well as the locals I had the feeling that we were not guests are welcomed.
