no four stars standard. Five days were twice cleaned the room not, there is no assistance at the Luggage. The beach chairs were absolutely replacement needy. The breakfast is extensive. Nice is the location of the hotel, it is easy to get from the harbor. The building is from the 70-years (ugly), therefor the garden is nice, as the plants high. The staff was generally very friendly and spoke good English, the maid to change the towels, but otherwise only make necessary, as it just didn't work at all. Read more

Palma centre is excellent lots to see and do, take the bus all over the island excellent value for money, all in all the hotal is geed value for money and the breakfast was excellent with good variety and choice, the staff where also very helpful, I wouldn't go to Majorca again, it just wasn't for us very touristy.

The location is good, frequent buses to Palma, Magaluf and other areas of Majorca…Marinas Portals has a small town feel with a few restaurants and bars, pretty low key around hotel area but we liked this (just visit Magaluf just a short journey down the coast to see the total contrast).

The great part of this hotel is the location - 20 mins from the airport, 10 minutes in a taxi from Palma, 15 from some good golf couses and a 5 minute stroll down to the port, which has many many restaurants,and a lovely atmosphere during the evening. - in August 10

We stayed at Hotel Marina Portals for 5 days, the hotel is not near the marina, it's a good 20 minute walk down the hill and back again (although you could get a taxi) the hotel area does have very good restaurants, especially Jose's which is opposite the hotel, excellent food and service, get there early if you want a table outside, I was disappointed with the marina, mainly restaurants.

We went in June and hotel pool area not too busy, BUT at the weekend you will notice a large influx of young weekend visitors, as the hotel is a short taxi/bus journey to Palma Town, Palma Nova and Magaluf, but still in an area a world away from the stereotypical young boozing brits of Magaluf etc. - in March 10
