Beach was very beautiful and very clean. Staff very nice. The rooms had a heating but the hotel was not in business taken, therefore in the evening on night very cold and therefore uncomfortable in the rooms. The food is in a massive Substandard, thus very uncomfortable. The children this didn't matter and we really enjoyed it. We had suites in the tower-are very scant and close equipped and the balcony you can actually only need, the swimwear and so on too dry...

It is a large hotel with several buildings. The complex like in the summer really nice his, to us but no especially neat impression, you can tell, that the season end is. Our room was OK, but everything was very unloving. The shower was very worn and nothing special well cleaned. The mini bar was not new filled, there were only 2 small bottles water therein. Great short vacation in Toscana. The hotel was written by Aldi calasetta travel. Great price for room and half board for the whole family. Very friendly, competent and flexible staff. (Service and front desk). Huge large selection at the morning as dinner buffet. We just loved it. Read more

The room with the one-time view of the sea is modern, clean and has everything, what you need. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good. We found great, that table wine and water were included in the price. The only negative was the oil smelling coffee at the breakfast buffet. We spent five wonderful days at the hotel in Ascona.
