The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach, ten -15 minute walk to the ocean drive. Unfortunately it was partly dirty (especially the hallway to the rooms!) and in need of renovation. Our room was contrary to the expectation relatively large, had instead of carpet tiles (which I thought was a very good) and was otherwise well maintained. We were 1 week there and were all glad, when we go from the dirty hotel! No single member of staff spoke english! The staff was very comfortable at the pee hotel walls and the whole hotel smelled partly very strong grass (smoking) everywhere on the small balcony everything from the birds volgeschissen and none of them is doing it as clean! as also, the speak Spanish also only after all! no english! Already the entrance door glass was the again, what the whole house to find was... Ungepflegtheit everywhere. Carpet in the room gray, bedding was O, K.
